Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Items marked as final sale
Perishable goods

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at dbukstore1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at dbukstore1@gmail.com and we will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
